The spoken lesson

"Your body grows through many gradual changes. Cells grow, divide, repair, and perform different jobs. Childhood bones lengthen at special growth areas. Muscles become more coordinated with movement and practice. Organs grow and mature. The brain and nerves build connections as you experience, play, sleep, communicate, and learn. Teeth and skills also change over time. Growth does not happen at the same speed every day, and children do not all grow in the same way. Genes, food, sleep, movement, health, relationships, and environment all matter. Your body grows in its own pattern, and every body deserves care." DESIGN REQUIREMENTS: Use the same fictional child across stages without creating an ideal body. Represent disabilities and diverse growth patterns respectfully. Avoid measuring, scoring, body comparison, or transformation effects.

Make it real

Pause, point, name what you notice, and connect the idea to something familiar in your child's day. Repetition, a calm voice, shared attention and dependable care matter more than finishing quickly.
