"Something is moving when it changes where it is. Watch the ball. It begins here. Now it rolls. The ball is moving. Now it stops. The ball is still. A hand can wave and then stop. A bird can fly through the air. A soft toy may sit in one place without moving. Caregiver, move your hand slowly. Now stop and hold it still. Move. Stop. Still. Watching movement helps us notice what people and objects are doing." DESIGN REQUIREMENTS: Use slow, predictable movement. No bouncing across the screen, rapid tracking, flashing, or motion that could cause discomfort.
