"Where are your ears? Your ears are on the sides of your head. Ears help you hear. You can hear a familiar voice. You can hear gentle music. You may hear a bird, falling rain, a door, or people moving nearby. Some sounds are soft. Some sounds are stronger. We listen at a comfortable volume so our ears stay safe. Be very quiet for a moment. What can you hear? Caregiver, say the child's name gently. Ears help us notice voices, music, nature, and what is happening around us." DESIGN REQUIREMENTS: Use visible sound controls, a mute button, captions describing every sound, and no autoplay. Do not use alarms, screams, explosions, barking close to the microphone, or abrupt volume changes.
