"A voice is the sound a person makes with the throat and mouth. People use voices to speak, sing, hum, call, and comfort. A familiar voice can help a baby know that a trusted caregiver is nearby. Voices can sound high or low. They can be soft or strong. They can move quickly or slowly. Watch your caregiver's mouth while the voice is speaking. Caregiver, say one gentle sentence. Now hum softly. Now say the child's name. Voices carry words, songs, feelings, and helpful information from one person to another." DESIGN REQUIREMENTS: Provide captions for every sound.
