Metals often conduct well, while materials such as dry plastic and glass can insulate under suitable conditions. Household electricity can cause shock, burns, fire, or death. Never touch sockets, damaged wires, or electricity near water. Electric current needs a controlled path, and real electrical systems belong to trained adults."
