Help the baby understand that separate body parts belong to one complete body. Introduce the head, arms, hands, tummy, legs, and feet using respectful, fully clothed images.
"This is your body. Your body has many connected parts. Here is your head. Here are your arms. Your hands are at the ends of your arms. This is your tummy. Here are your legs. Your feet are at the ends of your legs. Your body can rest, stretch, reach, roll, sit, crawl, and move in many ways. Caregiver, point to each part gently. Head, arms, hands, tummy, legs, and feet. All these parts belong to one whole body. Your body is part of you, and it deserves gentle care." DESIGN REQUIREMENTS: Use respectful, fully clothed imagery. Do not use idealized body proportions, weight comparisons, or body-ranking language.
Pause, point, name what you notice, and connect the idea to something familiar in your child's day. Repetition, a calm voice, shared attention and dependable care matter more than finishing quickly.
