"A photograph records information about a person, place, or event. Ask before taking a photo, and ask again before sharing it. Someone may agree to the photo but not to public sharing. A person may say no, move away, or ask for deletion. Private body care, toileting, bathing, medical treatment, punishment, and severe distress should not become casual photos. Before sharing, a caregiver checks names, school details, house numbers, street signs, licence plates, schedules, documents, location tags, and the audience. Online copies may remain after deletion. Ask first, check privacy, and share only with care." DESIGN REQUIREMENTS: Use pretend cameras or blank devices rather than activating a camera. Avoid photographing real users, public-sharing simulations, social-media logos, or image-upload controls.
