"A community works because many people do different useful jobs. Educators support learning. Health workers care for health. Farmers and food workers help produce food. Cleaners and waste workers care for shared spaces. Builders and repair workers create and maintain structures. Drivers move people and goods. Shop workers organise products. Utility workers support water, power, and other systems. Emergency workers respond when danger is urgent. Caregiving at home is important work too. No useful job makes one person more valuable than another. Many kinds of work help a community function." DESIGN REQUIREMENTS: Use realistic workplaces and diverse workers. Avoid uniforms as automatic proof of trust, occupational stereotypes, prestige rankings, and commercial branding.
